  • "Public Key / Wallet Address" means your blockchain public address; note: private keys, mnemonic codes are not collected by WARMKEY.

4. Non-Custodial Nature & Key Security
  • We never collect or store your private keys or mnemonic phrases. All signing actions happen through your hardware wallet or in your environment.
  • Deposit funds go directly to your merchant wallet address. WARMKEY does not have custody of your funds.
  • Withdrawal request and "rolling supply" limits are under your control and enforced via secure smart contracts to limit risk.

  • In case of mergers, acquisitions or corporate restructuring (subject to confidentiality clauses).
  • When necessary to protect rights or property of WARMKEY, or to prevent harm.
